Lead Project Manager for Bay St. George Construction Limited (BSGCL) on the Maritime Link Project. Managed and designed various aspects of the Project’s civil requirements. BSGCL were prime civil contractor for the HVDC station in Bottom Brook; prime contractor for all aspects of PowerTel’s 70 man camp site on Victoria River Road; and civil contractor for road and tower pad building on the Emera DC line between Bottom Brook and Cape Ray • Design of residential developments including environmental investigations, concept designs, water/sewer/road design drawings, liaising with governing authorities on required permits • Design of septic systems for residential & commercial applications including environmental investigations, concept designs, design drawings, liaising with governing authorities on required permits • Design of residential & commercial buildings • Project Estimating, scheduling, budgeting & management • General Consulting advice from personal to municipalities
